Magney Construction was selected to build a new Water Treatment Facility for the City of Elko New Market, MN.
Construction began in October of 2014 with the facility placed into operation in January of 2016. The facility included a .5 million gallon capacity underground cast-in-place clearwell /storage reservoir, cast-in-place concrete detention and filter tanks with gravity sand filtration, clearwell pumping facilities, induced draft aeration system, washwater reclamation tank with pumping facilities, site piping and chemical feed equipment.
The total construction cost for this facility was approximately $7.1 million.
